About

I joined the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Hub at Institut Pasteur in January 2020 as Research engineer. I am member of the Geno group and the GIM laboratory where I do NGS analysis. In 2020 and 2021, I was involved in two Covid-19 project for data curation and insertion for GISAID and CNR.

I am also involved in the Ph.D bioinformatics program.
