About
Every Tuesday mornings from 10am to 12am, Hub engineers are enlisted to provide a direct support to any members of Institut Pasteur seeking help on bioinformatics or biostatistics related subjects. You can come directly to Yersin Building (24), Ground Floor, or if you work remotely you can also come virtually using Teams .
Please note that open desks are suspended during Christmas & summer breaks.
If you need urgent help from the Hub at that time, please ask a short questions submitted through our web site or using the mail alias hub@pasteur.fr.
Hub engineers can provide support on :
- Design of experiment (from the statistical point)
- Analysis & integration of various types of data, including but not limited to :
- OMICS data
- epidemiological data
- time series data
- Statistics methods
- Software development
- Web tool development
- Database development
- Code review
