After being Associate Professor in Genetics at Paris VI for 13 years, I joined the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics HUB at Institut Pasteur in september 2016. I “dropped the pipette” at that time to dedicate my expertise on data analysis to the Pasteur scientists. I have led the statistics pole of the Hub for two years and the Genomics pole for six years. I am now more focusing on collaborations with Pasteur scientists, notably Pierre Bruhns. My backbone field of knowledge is Biology and experimentation, with advanced knowledge in statistics and computing (R, bash, nextflow, docker, apptainer, git, python). Notably, I have helped Pasteur scientists with experimental design and statistical analysis of experimental results, from simple experiments to Antibody repertoires, SNParray, human NGS, Ecoli NGS, among others. I have also written a book in statistics and R computing.
Please, see my keywords above, as well as my github page, gitlab page, CV and list of publications.
