I studied biology and biochemestry at University Paris Diderot. Interested by computational science, I made a Master of bioinformatics, still at University Paris Diderot.
After my master I made a PhD in population genetics in the laboratory Evolution, Genomes, Behavior and Ecology in Gif-sur-Yvette (France). During my PhD I focused on the divergence time between surface and cavefish of the species Astyanax mexicanus.
In 2018, I joined the Human Genetics and Cognitive Functions as data/project manager. I’m working on the acquisition of genomic data.
I’ve been president of RSG France from December 2014 to July 2017 and I’m still a board member. I’m also a board member of the French Society for Bioinformatics (SFBI) since July 2015.
