About

Circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy allows the determination of secondary and tertiary structures, the analysis of conformational changes and the measure of thermal and chemical stability of folding.

Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) gives access to the thermal stability of macromolecules and their complexes.

Differential Scanning Fluorimetry (nano DSF) monitors the thermal denaturation of proteins, by following the modification of the environment of their fluorescent amino-acids (tryptophanes and tyrosines).

Access Protocol

PFBMI equipments are available for all scientists worldwide, but a priority is given to members of Institut Pasteur and the Institut Pasteur International Network.
Requests can be submitted at any time  (biophysique@pasteur.fr) attaching a project submission form.
