Prior joining the proteomics platform in 2007 as a bioinformatician, I obtained a Masters degree in Biomathematics at the University Denis Diderot (Paris 7). I subsequently gained experience working for two biotechnological companies (Genset and MCL – Molecular Cytogenetic Labs) over a period of ten years. During this time, I developed tools for the analysis of genomic data to study human diseases, and customized a chip for the diagnostic of neurologic pathologies (CGH array).
At the platform, I am responsible for all aspects of bioinformatics applied to proteomics, ranging from data generation to data evaluation. Furthermore, I am involved in the evaluation and implementation of new software services and provide special support with script development for the group . Presently, I am mainly involved in quantitative proteomic workflows and PTM analysis.
