I am a research engineer in bioinformatics and I develop data visualization and integration tools. I combine several programming languages involved in web development.
I followed a complete training in bioinformatics with the option biological engineering. Thanks to a DUT, a bachelor and a master, I acquired solid knowledge in several programming languages and methodology in bioinformatics as well as in biology. My training included different internships during which I developed bioinformatics tools according to the needs of each laboratory.
In 2009, I joined the Molecular Oncology team led by Pr. François Radvanyi at the Institut Curie Paris where I was in charge of managing and storing data generated by biologists, doing analyses in different Omics domains such as transcriptomics, genomics, copy number variations, and methylation. I also developed several web applications and Rshiny applications to help biologists visualize and share omics data, but also manage some reagents used in experiments.
In October 2022, I joined the HUB of Bioinformatics and Biostatistics as a Research Engineer in web development and head of the Web Integration group, WINTER.
