After being Associate Professor in Genetics at Paris VI for 13 years, I joined the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics HUB at Institut Pasteur in september 2016. I “dropped the pipette” at that time to dedicate my expertise on data analysis to the Pasteur scientists. I have led the statistics pole of the Hub for two years and I am now heading the Genomics pole. My backbone field of knowledge is Biology and experimentation, with advanced knowledge in statistics and computing (R, bash, nextflow, docker, singularity, git, python). Notably, I have helped Pasteur scientists with experimental design and statistical analysis of experimental results, from simple experiments to Antibody repertoires, SNParray, human NGS, Ecoli NGS, among others. I have also written a book in statistics and R computing.
Please, see my keywords above, as well as my gitlab page, CV and list of publications.
