Biology Of Intracellular Bacteria


The research conducted in the unit Biologie des Bacteries Intracellulaires (BBI) associated to CNRS (UMR 3525), focuses mainly on pathogenicity related genomic features of the intracellular pathogens Legionella and their function in host-pathogen interactions.


Many aspects of this research are based on the studies on Legionella genomics that we have initiated in the last years at the Institut Pasteur.
