About

I currently lead a junior group in the Virology department of Institut Pasteur.

My research interests lie in RNA virus discovery, emergence, transmission, and evolution. Within the group, we use viral genomics to study evolutionary processes of RNA viruses, with a focus on respiratory viruses and arboviruses.

We combine molecular epidemiology studies thanks to amazing collaborations within the Institut Pasteur International Network and experimental work, both in vitro and in vivo. We work a lot with our great colleagues at the Mouse Genetics laboratory, at the Structural virology unit and the Virus and Immunity Unit.
