The Technical Core of the Center for Translational Science (CRT) of the Institut Pasteur provide access to cutting edge technologies selected to support translational research. Supported by the Centre d’Immunologie Humaine (CIH) and the Cytometry Platform (PFC), the Core permits cell sorting, cell phenotyping, single cell profiling & sequencing.

(EN) CB UTechS proposes to the community: (1) training for autonomous use of the equipment; (2) assisted use for a selection of technologies (cell sorters, cytometers); (3) advice and technical support; (4) development of new of applications and pipelines; (5) scientific collaborations. Through (5) training and access to different data analysis software, as well as through an adapted bioinformatics support we aim to facilitate the analysis of large-scale data generated by our technologies.

CB UTechS is an integrated technology platform for multidimensional cell phenotyping & molecular profiling. We propose single-cell cutting-edge technologies and data analysis pipelines. All technologies are bookable through the PPMS online equipment and training reservation site. The equipment is installed in six dedicated laboratories, with a significant part of the technologies situated within BSL2+ (biosafety level 2 +) environment allowing processing of human and infectious material.
