About

The team is interested in the disruption of signaling pathways by pathogens and genetic diseases. The recognition of PDZ domains is common to all research subjects either in viral disruption processes or in auditory signal transduction.
We study the role of the protein-protein interaction domains called PDZ. PDZ domains are scaffold modules regulating the cellular trafficking, the auto-association and the catalytic activity of essential cellular proteins.
