The PF3PR facility has been established to provide large amounts of high quality purified proteins for researchers from the Institut Pasteur and other academic or non-academic institutions.
We are equipped for small to large scale cultures of eukaryotic or prokaryotic expression systems, e.g. Sf9/Baculovirus, S2 Schneider cells, HEK 293 mammalian cells and E. coli.
We are also involved in developing improved technologies and time-saving advanced protocols for protein production and purification.
We can provide cells and vectors as well as advice and individual training in protein production and purification.
