Group: Response to Infection in the Whole Organism

About

We are interested in host-pathogen interactions, and notably in innate immune responses of vertebrates.

We use the zebrafish larva as our main model as it is a transparent and small organisms that allow high resolution imaging of the whole body.

We use recombinant microbes (viruses or bacteria) that can be followed in vivo thanks to fluorescence, and transgenic zebrafish to simultaneously follow the host response.
