I’m a research engineer working on web development, data visualization and integration, and container technologies. A recent example of my skills is ViralHostRangeDB [Lamy-Besnier et al., 2021]
I graduated as an engineer in computer science in 2009, and started my career in finance. I was consolidating and extending existing systems that simulate the evolution of the market. In a search of greater challenges, I obtained a master degree and then a thesis in computer science in 2015 . I worked on aggregating rankings of genes under a formal framework while taking into account the properties of these data and how the rankings were generated in order to determine how the rankings should be aggregated.
After my PhD I joined the French Bioinformatic Institut (IFB) working on cloud computing, federated authentication of users in various systems, and also web development of a portal allowing biologists and bioinformaticians to use cloud resources.
I joined the HUB in 2017 and now work on web development, data visualization and integration, and container technologies.
