I first studied cell biology and physiology at Paul Sabatier University, in Toulouse. After my license, I started my Master, mainly focused on immunology and physiology. After the first year, I wanted to specialize myself in other fields than biological sciences, so I chose to do the second year of Master in pure computational science, at the Claude Bernard University, in Lyon. Since then, i have tried to combine my skills in both biology and IT to support research.
After completion of my studies, I first spent two years in Alain Jaquier unit, mainly working on a data visualization tool named Cassandre, with Christophe Malabat.
Then, I worked in the HGCF unit, led by Thomas Bourgeron on the GenEvo project, AIMS-2-trials and GeneTrek.
Finally, i joined the expertise group WINTER in the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics HUB.
