Postdoc position
We seek a highly motivated individual with a Ph.D. degree in microbiology, mycology and/or related fields. The candidate should have significant prior research experience and a strong publication record. The applicant should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of computer programming and/or R Studio is advantageous, but not required. Recent graduates with less than 2 years of postdoctoral training and experience in fungal pathogenesis, genetics, drug responses, transcriptomics, and animal or tissue culture models of infection are preferred. The candidate will be expected to apply for internal and external funding opportunities. The position is available for 3 years and the candidate will be expected to start as soon as possible.
