Le groupe Support-Lab de Biomics est composé du responsable de la plateforme, d’assistante de direction, de techniciens logistique, de correspondant qualité et d’un chef de projet transversal. Ce groupe est chargé des activités support telles que la communication, la facturation, la mise en place des MOOCs (https://moocs.pasteur.fr/courses) et la gestion du système qualité selon les exigences de la norme ISO 9001. Ce groupe gère également l’externalisation des projets de séquençage de haut débit. Enfin, le Support-Lab est responsable de la coordination de consortium européens, internationaux ainsi que les programmes de renforcement de capacité en séquençage avec le Pasteur Network. De part ses fonctions, le groupe Support est responsable de questions éthiques, réglementaires, financières, logistiques et managériales qu’il gère en continu en interaction avec les différents services support de l’institution.
