Between 2018 and 2022, and as Biomics project manager, I contributed to a large capacity building in Pathogen-Host Interaction Data access project (PHINDaccess) which is coordinated by the Institut Pasteur de Tunis (IPT) and funded by European Commission Horizon 2020. PHINDaccess consists of a twinning initiative aimed to serve as a lever for Omics research performance of IPT in the field of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data generation and analysis.
Most of my activities were in the frame of the WP4 which is led by Dr. Sadri ZNAIDI. As a partner of this consortium and an active member of WP4, I successfully led the implementation of an NGS core facility at IPT where I coordinated the deployment of the ISO9001 standards. I accompanied the head of the IPT platform in the implementation of project management tools as well as in the application of methods relating to strategic and team management. I coordinated NGS training of a PhD IPT student and engineers at Biomics as well as at IPT by several secondments and tech transfer activities. Thanks to the approbation of the head of Biomics and technical and administrative staff support but especially Laurence MA, Natacha HAIKINE, Georges HAUSTANT and Elodie TURC, I successfully coordinated 15-research Tunisian projects.
