Présentation

Je m’intéresse à la mobilité et à la morphologie cellulaires chez une amibe nommée Entamoeba histolytica, un parasite intestinal très mobile, responsable de l’amibiase dysenterique chez l’Homme.
Mon activité se situe à l’interface entre la biologie pour la culture cellulaire et les expériences, la microscopie et la quantification des signaux observés grâce au logiciel Icy, développé dans notre unité.
