I joined the Malaria: Parasites and Hosts unit in 2017. The core of my expertise lies in the epidemiology and mathematical modelling of malaria, with a particular focus on Plasmodium vivax. I have also developed a wide range of statistical methods for analysing sero-epidemiological data – please feel free to get in touch if you’d like me to share code and advice for analysis serological data.
Prior to joining Institut Pasteur, I was a visiting scientist in The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute in Melbourne and a post-doc in Imperial College London.
