The Transcriptome and Epigenome platform of the Biomics pole is organizing a one week (October 10, 2016 – October 14, 2016) training session dedicated to the analysis of the transcriptome by RNAseq. It is open to researchers, engineers, technician, PhD students and post-docs.
The goal of this course is to give a complete overview of the different steps of RNAseq from RNA preparation to the analysis of the data. The training will include a series of talks covering technological, bioinformatical and statistical aspects of RNAseq and presentations centered on biological applications. The training will also include practical courses (bioinformatical and statistical analysis of RNAseq datasets).
For registration, please send an email to formation@pasteur.fr (subject, RNAseq) with the head of your research unit as cc. You also have to fill the registration form. The detailed program (in french) is available HERE. The course will be in french.
