About
The European Proteomics Infrastructure Consortium providing access (EPIC-XS) consists of a unified network of experienced access providers and research groups who share a common goal; to facilitate the development and sustainability of proteomics exploration to all life science researchers within the European Union. The initiative is coordinated by Albert Heck, professor of Biomolecular Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics at Utrecht University.
EPIC-XS gathers the following European partners:
At the Institut Pasteur, we provide access to users for experiments in top-down proteomics, cross-linking mass spectrometry or shotgun proteomics. Please have a look at the EPIC-XS portal for project submission.
In EPIC-XS, Julia Chamot-Rooke is the PI for Institut Pasteur. She is also responsible for the Joint Research Activity on “Future and Emerging Proteomics Technologies” involving UU, UCPH, ETH, CRG and IMIC. Mariette Matondo is in charge of managing the transnational access for projects that have been granted (in particular for shotgun proteomics experiments through the proteomics platform).
