I studied biology and biochemestry at University Paris Diderot. Interested by computational science, I made a Master of bioinformatics, still at University Paris Diderot.
After my master I made a PhD in population genetics in the laboratory Evolution, Genomes, Behavior and Ecology in Gif-sur-Yvette (France). During my PhD I focused on the divergence time between surface and cavefish of the species Astyanax mexicanus.
In 2018, I joined the Human Genetics and Cognitive Functions as data/project manager.
Since September 2021, I joined the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Hub in the Computational Biology Department and I’m working on the monitoring of the COVID-19 outbreak.
I’ve been president of the French Society for Bioinformatics (SFBI) and of the Association of French Young Bioinformaticians RSG France from December 2014 to July 2017.
