Présentation
Palmari is a Python package allowing one to process PALM (photo-activated localization microscopy) movies in order to extract trajectories. The documentation can be found online : https://palmari.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
It has two entry points :
- it comes as a plugin of the Napari viewer (https://napari.org/)
- it has a programmatic Python interface so as to be run headlessly. Simple commands allow batches of experiment to be processed with the same protocol, exploiting at best the computing resources available.
