Présentation

The Zebrafish Projects Hub (Zorgl’hub) aims to provide Pasteur research groups with the possibility to conduct short term zebrafish trial projects,

as a functional complement to existing projects using other models/cells or
to obtain proof of principle evidence to support grant applications.

Who ?

The two teams running the Zebrafish Project Hub have complementary expertise and are joining forces to cover several scientific fields of interest within the Pasteur campus, to offer you the knowledge and tools permitting the development of short-term zebrafish projects.

To place a request, please download the form here and email the completed form at zorglhub@pasteur.fr.

Choice of the projects is subject to decision by the Zorgl’hub committee.

The expected duration of each project is a maximum of 6 months, and a maximum of 2 projects can be run at a time by each team of the hub.

Criteria for selection include:

technical feasibility and scientific soundness for using the zebrafish model for the project
fitting with the scientific expertise of the Zorgl’hub teams (alternatively, more appropriate labs can be suggested)
project feasibility with available equipment on site (in the fish facilities and Zorgl’hub teams, or at Institut Pasteur)

The Zebrafish Projects Hub teams should be acknowledged in publications but no co-authorship is requested (unless the project develops into a collaboration).
