A new Laser Scanning Two Photon Microscope (LS2PM) has recently been installed at the UTechS PBI core facility. Two-photon fluorescence imaging is suitable for live studies due to its reduced average power sample illumination and high penetration depth due to its operation at longer wavelengths.
This system benefits from its dual upright/inverted configuration, is equipped for dual tunable wavelengths illumination, 3 PMT’s and is fully incubated. It further includes various customizations to adapt to the projects at hand.
