The National Center for Aquaculture and Marine Research (CENAIM) of the Polytechnic School of the Litoral (Ecuador), the Computational Biology and Microbial Ecology Group (BCEM) of the Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) and the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Hub of the Center for Biostatistics and Integrative Biology (C3BI) of the Pasteur Institute (France) are pleased to invite you to a theoretical-practical, high-level workshop, aimed at researchers / students working with high-throughput sequencing technology data (High-Throughput Sequencing Technologies – HTS) in different scientific disciplines, and to which they wish to apply the maximum possible computational power, through the guidance of expert instructors in bioinformatics and computational biology. At the end of the workshop, the researchers / students will have gained experience in the use of applications and bioinformatic tools of data derived from massive sequencing or high performance (HTS) and would contribute to the knowledge in their research areas.
