Mohand Ait Ahmed holds a master degree in Physiology (University Paris V – René Descartes) and a specialization in the fields of clinical research. He worked, first as Clinical Research Assistant (CRA) then as Clinical Project Manager (CPM). As part of his CRA and CPM’s activities for some academic institutions (AFM, AP-HP and ANRS) and for a CRO, he was involved in the monitoring and the quality assurance of several projects including clinical trials (phase II to IV) in different therapeutic areas: oncology, intensive care and infectious diseases. He joined Institut Pasteur in 2013 as Clinical Project Manager, first in the Emerging Disease Epidemiology unit for the coordination of several studies conducted in Egypt on Hepatitis C then in the Clinical Core of the CRT for the management of several projects. Since 2015, he is the quality deputy of CRT-CC. In this framework, he assists the unit in the CRT’quality process for obtaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification (CRT certification obtained in 2017).
