Présentation
This project aims at providing new knowledge on the immunomodulatory effect of IFN-I in multiple sclerosis patients by using state-of-the-art technologies. An important challenge is the identification of cellular and molecular biomarkers of IFN therapy and of MS disease. This project is connected to and in part funded by the LabEx Milieu Intérieur research program whose objective is to dissect the interplay between genetics and environment and their impact on the immune system of healthy donors.
