New protocol available for Stranded RNAseq from total RNA pico input Mammalian

The SMARTer Stranded Total RNA-Seq Kit – Pico Input Mammalian (Cat. Nos. 635005, 635006, 635007 Clontech) provides a unique, sensitive, and ligation-free method to generate stranded, Illumina-ready cDNA libraries from an input range of 250 pg–10 ng of total mammalian RNA in about 5 hours. The kit performs equally well with high-quality (RIN>8), partially degraded (RIN>3), or low-quality total RNA (RIN=2-3).
