▪ Immunogenicity and tolerance of a vaccine candidate in different animal models: mouse, rat, guinea pig, rabbit, rhesus monkey
▪ Safety evaluation of candidate vaccine in cynomolgus monkey
▪ Neutralization antibody test: serum of subjects from Phase Ⅰ/Ⅱ/Ⅲ Clinical trial
▪ Participation of standardization of an assay assigned by China National Institutes for Food and Drug Control: using pseudovirus to determine anti-SARS-CoV-2 neutralization antibody in animal and human samples
▪ Quality control: Testing residual host cell DNA and adventitious agents during purification process, and presence of Mycoplasma, monitoring the genetic stability of virus seeds by conventional and deep sequencing.
Jul 2017 – present : Multivalent hand and foot disease inactivated vaccine Team member

▪ Establish a lethal infection model of 14-day-old ICR mouse to evaluate the candidate vaccine and drugs
▪ Involved in data processing, technique work on virus culture and purification, cell culture, viral titration, animal experiments, immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and other molecular biology related experiments.
