On June 20, the Department of Structural Biology and Chemistry (Francesca Gubellini, Markel Martinez-Carranza and Ludovic Sauguet), with the support of the Center for Technological Resources and Research (C2RT), will be running the “Ice Day” event from 9am to 6pm in the Agnes Ullmann lecture hall.
The focus of this one-day symposium will be cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) performed by the Nanoimaging Core. The aim is to strengthen links among the community of scientists involved in cryo-EM research by bringing together both Institut Pasteur scientists who use the facility on campus and external users to facilitate discussions on the results obtained and consider future prospects.
The keynote speaker at the event will be Marta Carroni (SciLife Lab, Stockholm, Sweden). She will be accompanied by several other speakers from various Institut Pasteur research departments as well as other institutes that use the facility.
The event is free but prior registration is required (max. 80 people). Registration will be open until June 5.
