Présentation
The Department of Structural Biology and Chemistry at Institut Pasteur organises a workshop on “Optimal Prediction of Protein Complex Structures with AlphaFold Made Easy”. This workshop aims to provide participants with valuable insights and practical knowledge on utilizing AlphaFold for accurate prediction of the 3D structure of protein complexes. The workshop will feature esteemed outside speakers from the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI), DeepMind, the CEA and Sorbonne Universite, as well as contributions from participants.
Confirmed speakers:
- Alexander Pritzel, DeepMind, London
- Sameer Velankar, PDB Europe, EMBL-EBI, Hinxton
- Elodie Laine, Sorbonne Universite, Paris
- Raphael Guerois, CEA, Saclay
- Youssef Ghorbal, Institut Pasteur, Paris
We encourage participants to give short oral presentations (10 minutes) describing their specific challenges, problems and successes, to discuss with the speakers and other participants and receive guidance and insights from the experts. If you would like to present problems or results, please indicate the title of your presentation when you register. A selection may be made, based on the number of proposals.
There will also be ample time for exchange during coffee breaks, lunch and during a cocktail at the end of the afternoon. A more detailed program will be available on this page soon.
