Carine Moigneu is a research technician (Biomedical Research Degree, ESTBA, Paris, 2011). She has experience in mouse manipulation acquired during her temporary position in the Unité de Perception et Mémoire (Institut Pasteur, 2011-2013) where she participated to the study of the neurogenesis in the olfactory bulb of adult mice (implying intracranial injection of viruses). In 2013 she implemented her experience participating to mouse behaviour studies and histopathological techniques during her stage at the Institut du Cerveau et la Moëlle Epinière-ICM, Paris.
She was recruited in October 2013 at the Mouse Genetics Engineering Centre at the Institut Pasteur where she has learnt the manipulation, microinjection and chirurgical techniques associated to all type of transgenesis experiments together with the culture and manipulation of Embryonic Stem Cells (ES).
She holds the degrees “Habilitation d’Expérimentation Animale Niveau II” (Vendôme, 2011) and “Initiation a la Chirurgie expérimentale” (Paris, 2014).
