Nathalie Clément holds a PhD in physiology and pathophysiology from Paris VI University. After six years of postdoctoral research, she began her career as a project manager in translational research in the field of pediatric cancer genetics at the Institut Curie.
In 2018, Nathalie Clément joined the Institut Pasteur as a clinical research project manager within the clinical research coordination center (CRCO). She assists project leaders with document design/drafting, administrative and regulatory procedures, and scientific project monitoring. She is also a member of the Guichet Unique/Sponsorship and Monitoring Committee, which maps projects requiring access to human biological samples and personal health data (RIPH or NRIPH) and provides these projects with support tailored to ethical and regulatory requirements. Since July 2024, she has been in charge of the Compliance Unit for Research Not Involving Human Subjects under the legal responsibility of the Pasteur Institute and Research under the promotion or legal responsibility of third-party institutions (PCAR unit).
