About
The departments of Immunology, Cell Biology & Infection and Developmental & Stem Cell Biology gather again this year for a joint scientific event on June 18th, 2024, called The Triptych 2024. The goal is to bring together, on an annual basis, our three departments to share novel and original findings and foster new interactions between our teams.
2:00 pm – Introduction and presentation of the three departments – Laure Bally-Cuif (Developmental and stem cell biology), Philippe Bousso (Immunology) and Guillaume Duménil (Cell biology and infection)
2:10 pm – Short talks – Session 1
Sara Ortica (Zebrafish neurogenetics, Laure Bally-Cuif’s lab) – Establishment of the Notch3 signaling pattern within the neural stem cell population of the adult zebrafish telencephalon
Viviane Agbogan (Immunobiology and Therapy, Caroline Demangel’s lab) – Bacterial invasion across the skin barrier dysregulates immune responses in severe Hidradenitis Suppurativa
Stéphane Blanchard (Membrane biochemistry and transport, Thomas Wollert’s lab) – Molecular mechanisms of autophagy addiction in cancer stem cells
2:40 pm – Caroline Demangel (Immunobiology and Therapy) and Liliane Goetsch (Senior Scientific Director at Argobio) – Basic science lost in clinical translation? learning the language of companies
3:10 pm Coffee break
3:30 pm – Pauline Spéder (Structures and signals in the neurogenic niche) – Cellular conversations in the neural stem cell niche
4:00 pm – Short talks – Session II
Violaine Saint-André (Translational immunology, Darragh Duffy’s lab) – Smoking changes adaptive immunity with persistent effects
Ana Morao (Mechanisms of epigenetic inheritance, Germano Cecere’s lab) – Soma-to-germline transfer of epigenetic information during stress response
Jan Groen (Dynamics of host-pathogen interactions, Jost Enninga’s lab) – Correlative- and Multimodal cryo-imaging to study the early stages of SARS-CoV-2 entry
4:30 pm – Mélanie Hamon (Chromatin and Infection) – Bacteria-host chromatin cross-talk; a lasting impression
5:00 pm – Prizes, art exhibition and drinks in the modules
