About

During this project, we will test different forms of nanobodies anti Aß peptide and different route of administration of this antibody to target the Aß peptide particulary the intracellular pool. The aim is to measure the effects of our treatment on Aß injuries in the brain and cognitive decline in Alzheimer’s disease model (mouse APP-PS1-KI).
