Software featured.

This PC hosts two commercial softwares for image analysis:

  • Zeiss arivis Pro, an image analysis software specialized for the analysis of large images, typically acquired with a light-sheet microscope.
  • Visiopharm, an industry-standard software specialized for the analysis of histopathology images.

It serves as a platform for testing the software DIVA (Institut Pasteur, Institut Curie) that allows visualization of volumetric data (and not only) by means of Virtual Reality.

Finally, it is equipped with standard software dedicated to Image Analysis:
