About

The availability of recombinant proteins remains a bottleneck for many scientific projects. E.coli is the most widely expression system used, but the production of soluble proteins requires the simultaneous assessment and combination of multiple parameters. The PFPR is working on setting up HTP automated procedures on a Tecan platform to ensure the cloning of a large number of target genes, expression and analytical purification of proteins, through a standardized pipeline.
