UBI offers various hands-on trainings in Electron Microscopy covering a broad range of methods and techniques from sample preparation to imaging and image processing

Negative staining (2 sessions x 3h)
Sample preparation
Ultramicrotomy (conventional or cryo)
Scanning electron microscope (4 sessions x 2h)
Transmission electron microscope (4 sessions x 2h)
Cryo-EM
Cryo-FLM
Cryo-CLEM
Image processing (tomographic reconstructions, particle picking for subtomogram averaging, segmentation, post-acquisition CLEM analysis)

Trainings are further adopted to users background and scientific questions.
