Présentation
Analytical Ultracentrifugation gives access to the mass and shape of macromolecules in solution, allowing to evaluate their oligomerization state, their stoichiometry and the equilibrium constant of assemblies.
Dynamic Light Scattering (cuvette or microplaque) allows to characterise the homogeneity of macromolecular samples and to determine the hydrodynamic radius of the species in solution.
Static Light Scattering and viscosimetry give access to the mass and intrinsic viscosity of macromolecules, allowing to estimate their oligomerisation state and the stoichiometry of assemblies.
