Présentation
The group of Jost Enninga studies the escape of intracellular bacteria from phagosomes using advanced imaging techniques. The aim is to study the process of phagosomal membrane rupture that mediates bacterial release into the cytoplasm. Towards this we aid at setting up correlated approaches using combinations of confocal microscopy and focused ion beam SEM or electron tomography.
