Research Engineer at the platform Biophysics of Macromolecules and their interactions facility, in charge of the spectroscopic line with circular dichroism device, stationary phase and stopped-flow fluorimetry, thermophoresis. The responsibility includes the training of new users, the maintenance and know-how of material, the understanding of the technology allowing the monitoring of short, medium and long term interaction with researchers, beginners or experts who need to complete their studies by biophysical measurements. Among the work that led to collaborations over time include for example the characterization of virus coat proteins (HIV-I, HCV, yellow fever, chikungunya) rosette protein characterization of the DBL family of Plasmodium falciparum parasite involved in propagation, the study of the interaction between the S domain of the secretin PulD intrinsically unstructured, and its protein chaperone PulS with induction of structuring.
