The Biomaterials and Microfluidics core facility is fully geared for the design, production and testing of microfluidic devices. The team will provide expertise, protocols and equipment to allow users to produce “homemade” chips.

Programmable spincoater dedicated to the production of thin layers of PDMS
Mask aligner • Süss Microtec • MJB4
Manual mask aligner equipped with a topside microscope and dual objectives. Micrometric screws allow a precise mask-substrate alignment.

A software dedicated to finite element simulation of the all the physical parameters that can occur in a microfluidic chip (flow, shear stress, diffusion, gradient formation….)

Computer controlled (programmable) syringe pump system dedicated to microfluidic chip perfusion. One controller plus two low pressure modules and a pressure sensor.
