Profile
We are looking for an engineer with strong expertise in bioinformatics and single-cell and/or spatial multiomics analysis (ex. scRNAseq/ scATACseq/ scNMTseq/ spatial transcriptomics).
The ideal candidate will be able to develop efficient data analysis pipelines for such datasets. These will include setting up sequencing data quality control, data processing, and result reporting pipeline. Data processing may necessitate developing or adapting novel algorithms, statistical modeling, and workflows to support customized data analysis. Result reporting will include maintaining the codes in a version-controlled repository with usable README files.
