A little guide for advanced search:

  • Tip 1. You can use quotes "" to search for an exact expression.
    Example: "cell division"
  • Tip 2. You can use + symbol to restrict results containing all words.
    Example: +cell +stem
  • Tip 3. You can use + and - symbols to force inclusion or exclusion of specific words.

About

Organ-on-Chip center

The center is equipped with Emulate technology (multiple Zoé and Orbs)

Multiple Organ mimics are available (Intestine, Liver, kidney, Lung…).

Experiments can be performed in BSL2 and BSL3 (Covid-19) conditions.

The center is helping with choosing the right cells, identifying the best matrix, seeding the cells, long term culture and maturation of the produced epithelial barrier, stretching and ALI culture. We also help with downstream analysis (Infection, permeability assessment, immunostaining, Imaging…)

Access Protocol

/!\ 2022 call is open, submit your project /!\

In 2022 we have decided to go for a “first come first served” model. Projects that can benefit from the direct support of the OOC center (subsidized chips, personnel, machines…) will be accepted on the base of their technical feasibility and the availability of S1 chips at the time of the submission.

Please submit your projects to : OOC@pasteur.fr
