Quel est l’objectif de cette étude?

Cette étude a pour objectif d’étudier et de suivre au cours du temps la réponse du système immunitaire induite par la vaccination contre la COVID-19, selon différents schémas de vaccination.

L’étude permettra de contribuer à l’amélioration des connaissances sur la réponse immunitaire post-vaccinale contre la COVID-19.

L’étude a pris fin en avril 2023.

A qui s’est adressée cette étude ?

Toute personne majeure en cours de vaccination anti-COVID-19 dans le cadre de sa prise en charge médicale et selon les recommandations nationales.

En quoi a consisté la participation à cette étude ?

  • Plusieurs visites dont le calendrier est le suivant :
    1 visite d’inclusion au moment de l’injection de la dernière dose vaccinale contre la COVID-19
    5 visites de suivi : à 1 mois, 3 mois, 6 mois, 1 an et 2 ans après la dernière injection du vaccin
    – 1 visite de suivi supplémentaire en cas de suspicion ou d’infection avérée COVID-19.
  • La 1ère visite durera environ 1 heure, et les suivantes environ 30 minutes.
  • Des prélèvements d’échantillons biologiques :
    A chaque visite, du sang (50 mL), de la salive et un écouvillon naso-pharyngé seront collectés.
  • Un questionnaire :
    A chaque visite, des informations médicales seront recueillies pour l’étude.
