Yu is a 2nd year master’s student belonging to Takayuki Suzuki’s Lab in Nagoya University, Japan. He is employed by TOBITATE program and works as a trainee at Jerome Gros’ Lab. Before he came to Paris, he worked with Prof. Atsushi Kuroiwa to unveil gene regulatory mechanism by 5’HOX during chondrogenesis using in vitro assay with primary cell culture of chicken limb mesenchyme. Now, He is trying to reveal molecular mechanism and dynamics underlying endoderm morphogenesis using a live-cell imaging at Jerome Gros’ Lab as an internship.
