Sylvie joined the Zurzolo lab as a technician in 2014, and is currently working with Aysegul Dilsizoglu-Senol (Post-doc), studying the transfer of alpha-synuclein via tunneling nanotubes and the role of lysosomes in the propagation of alpha-synuclein. Sylvie is specialized in cell culture: cell lines, primary culture of neurons, primary astrocytes, and organotypic brain slices.
